I have some great news for you….

Work is such an integral part of our lives, we spend so much time and energy trying to make a success of our careers. It is so important because in so many ways it affects the lifestyles we lead

This is something that is never more keenly felt than when someone is out of work, or when they are in a job at which they are no longer happy

We at Titan always focus on this whenever we are working with people to help them find a new job, because the results of the work we do with people can have such a significant affect on their lives and that of their families, and we never forget that.

One of the best parts of working in recruitment has always been when we can open a conversation with  those magic words.. “I have some great news for you..”

I was able to do that again today, and regardless of how many times I have done it,  it will never lose its appeal, as you are in a small way, part of that moment when that cloud is lifted from that person and they know they are about to embark on the next phase of their career, which in turn will make a positive impact on their life

Of course, in most recruitment processes, whenever someone gets that call, there are a number of others who have to receive a call telling them it was not their day.. This is, of course, equally important for us at Titan, to make sure everyone involved gets a call, to provide them with feedback and closure on that particular process.. and to make sure they know we are still with them until they get that call that opens with those magic words.
