We are looking for a new team member to join us to carry out candidate research and resourcing within our Freight & Logistics recruitment division.
This role would suit someone who loves to talk to people, someone who has amazing listening skills and who takes a genuine interest in helping people find their ideal job
You will be responsible for researching and sourcing suitable candidates and working alongside the recruitment consultants to ensure they receive first class service as they go through any recruitment process we enter them into
Duties:
- Carrying out research using all available tools to identify and approach people who work in our sectors about us representing them
- Arranging calls and meetings (online mainly) with these people to find out all appropriate information about them and their career aims / goals
- Registering candidates who want us to help them find a new role onto out CRM system
- Presenting registered candidates to the Recruitment Consultant team, ensuring all information about the candidates goals are communicated appropriately.
- Carrying out regular, consistent follow up calls with registered candidates to keep them up to speed with any activities we are carrying out on their behalf
- Creating and publishing adverts on website, job boards and social media
- Mailing campaigns, marketing and social media postings
- Any other admin related duties associated with the above
Person
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to undertake significant number of telephone and video calls
- Able to use email and CRM systems
- Experience of mailing software, job posting, web and blog posting advantageous
- Good team player, happy to communicate their thoughts, opinions in a professional way
- Experience in a resourcing or advertising / sales role would be great

The main purpose of the role will be to support the Controller with financial reporting and accounting activity and ensure that the supplier relationships are maintained and all invoices are paid on time.
Role responsibilities
- Support the Controller and the wider Accounts team to meet financial activities
- Process and enter all invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile supplier statements at month end and identify and escalate any issues to the Finance Manager
