You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the company’s business management software, ensuring the timely and smooth dispatch of daily orders over multiple sales channels by assigning pick lists to pickers.
Duties:
- Using the business management software you will ensure all new products are updated in the system with the accurate specifications
- Create purchase orders for all new orders and arrange delivery schedule and overlook bookings
- Maintain and add suppliers to the database
- Ensure that all sales channels are correctly synced
- You will generate multiple sales and stock reports required by the management using the business management software

Titan are currently assisting a large transport operator with their search for a Procurement Specialist to work within their Technical Dept.
This is hybrid role that would require 2 days on site and you will be looking after Procurement and supply chain activities, arranging goods and services necessary for on-going support.
Duties:
•Responsibility for all technical purchases from suppliers located out with the UK.
•Provide administration support for the commercial aspects of the relationship with the supplier.
•Serve as primary purchasing contact for technical purchase requestors
•Handle all enquiries for spare parts and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) materials from technical purchase requestors.
•Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance for cost, quality, and delivery to ensure operations are successfully supported and service levels improve year-on-year.
•Manage purchase order pricing, including scheduled reviews and updates based on Framework pricing agreements; resolve invoicing/payment issues as needed; monitor critical input costs such as currency exchange rates.
•Support actions led by the Logistics Manager or Supplier & Contracts Managers in resolving supplier delivery or quality problems.

Titan are currently working with a Medical Researcher based in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Shipping & Logistics Administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of client collection projects and orders. You will be liaising directly with collection sites and researchers to deal with queries and to resolve issues, and couriers to book up shipments.
Experience working with couriers is essential
Main duties and responsibilities
•Coordinating the shipment of fresh and frozen produce
•Liaising with courier on a daily basis, getting shipping quotes, arranging collections, dealing with any issues that may arise
•Collation and formatting of donor reports using Adobe or, Excel
•Managing collections - liaising with clinical sites and updating clients accordingly
•Preparing formal quotations
•Processing of orders using our Filemaker database (preparing client order confirmations and orders to our sources)
•Maintaining databases and records to ensure they are up-to-date
•Working in accordance with organisational quality standards ISO9001
•Liaising with courier on a daily basis, getting shipping quotes, arranging collections, dealing with
