Titan Recruitment are proud to be supporting our Freight Forwarding client at London Heathrow to recruit an experienced EU Road Freight Operator to work in their established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a long established firm in a highly successful branch.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within EU Road Freight operations for both imports and exports. It would be advantageous to also have working knowledge of multi-modal freight to assist with covering other departments when there is increased workloads and to cover for staff holidays. You will also be fully conversant in import and export clearance procedures.

A typical day will involve:

• Receiving and handling quote requests and bookings from customers
• Understanding of EU road imports and exports procedures
• End-to-end shipping experience
• Understanding of Brexit regulations
• Understanding of Brexit Easement
• Import and Export customs clearance knowledge
• General day to day administration
• Processing of all import and export customs clearance

The ideal candidate will proficient in the use of Microsoft office and be computer literate, with a willingness to learn different procedures and processes.
