Titan are currently assisting an internationally recognised manufacturer with their search for a Production Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a leader of the production team, you will have the critical role of ensuring all products are built and despatched on time to the right quality and in a safe manor

Duties:

• Lead the production department to ensure orders are built on time, in budget and to the right quality.
• Ensure there is clear effective communication and cooperation between production, warehouse, purchasing and engineering and co-ordinate actions.
• Manage team leaders to ensure they achieve their departmental goals and objectives.
• Drive continual improvement in the production department with a focus to reduce costs through improving efficiencies in build and reduction in waste and re-work.
• Ensure key production metrics are accurately recorded, evaluated and actioned for improvement and issue weekly report on KPI’s and progress of objectives

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years’ experience in a production environment managing a team to deadlines and objectives.
