Titan are working with one of the largest Aerospace companies based in Prestwick to recruit a Logistics Controller to join their team.

Role responsibilities 

  • Managing stock levels to ensure stock availability
  • Complete company variance forms for missing stock and extras
  • Full stock investigation on missing materials after weekly stock check including any reconciliation
  • Goods receipt of all products on SAP
  • Assist when applicable with monthly KPI reports
  • Work with the program administrator on any variations in usages reviewing reasons for variances and address with customer accordingly
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Deal with internal and external queries/complaints
  • Respond to customer enquires as required
  • Aid with sales analysis / forecasting and setting of targets
  • Attending monthly business reviews when required
  • To keep the External Operations Manager and Program Administrator informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas
  • To keep the External Operations Manager and Program Administrator informed and updated in general
  • To participate in project groups reporting on any highs and lows, warehouse issues, training requirements, new business opportunities and health and safety issues
  • To identify and to improve efficiency
  • Completion of quarterly self-assessed risk assessments
Skills required – 
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience within a similar environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Basic IT skills
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £21,000
