As we continue to grow, we need someone to come on board and run an already thriving desk, with regular clients, a current, established candidate network and excellent future billing growth potential.

We are looking for someone who shares our values of putting the requirements of the clients and the people who we represent before everything else. Someone who loves talking to people, building long term relationships and really getting to know and understand their clients and candidates goals and ambitions.

Experience in recruitment would be a major advantage, as this is an established desk and will be busy from the outset.

We need you to be able to work on individual initiative, have amazing time management skills, ( to handle all the work!) and you should be motivated to help as many people as possible.

Talking on the telephone and via video is of course your core work, so a polite, professional & friendly manner is essential. Being able to converse professionally and courteously via email and use our CRM effectively while keeping accurate records is also a majorly desirable skill.
